Auto Detailing Assistant- Full-time and part-time positions

We are looking for 1-2 individuals to join our team at WalshMe Detail as Mobile Detailing Assistants. We are a mobile auto detailing service offering everything from deep overhauls to light maintenance cleanings.

As a Mobile Detailing Assistant you would accompany a Lead Detailer in traveling to customer locations to service customers. After being fully trained and proficient with our techniques and procedures, a Detailing Assistant is promoted to Detailer where they can service customer vehicles solo. 

​

Responsibilities:

Travel to customer locations to provide detailing services
Clean and protect exterior and interior of vehicles using top-tier products and equipment
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers (customer service)
Continuously learning new techniques and products to improve your skills

Qualifications:

No professional detailing experience required. We are willing to train the right person!
A valid driver's license with clean driving record and able to pass background check 
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cars
Strong communication skills
Punctual and reliable
Ability to work both as a team and independently and manage time effectively

Compensation:

Training: $20/hr + Tips (Usually 10-20% of bill)
After Training: Commission ($20/hr minimum) + Tips
